Why Choose Us

Explore Hope House Through A Virtual Tour

Our Home

Hope House offers a four bedroom supported living accommodation for males between the ages of 18-25 years who have faced challenges with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). These behaviours may have led these young people into the Criminal Justice System, being classified as Schedule One offenders and/or recidivism.

24 Hour Support

One of the greatest things about Hope House is it provides a culturally sensitive environment which is staffed 24/7 and enables those who stay with us to address issues pertinent to their specific needs as reflected in their individual Care and Support Plans.

Our Work

Staff at Hope House work with individuals that are working towards independence or semi-independence through trusted care and support. The aim of the service is to help individuals achieve the best possible outcomes and learn what it means to live appropriately within the community and become citizens who make a positive contribution to society.

What We Offer

Supporting Individuals

At Hope House we take pride in working closely with professionals, families and the individual to make sure as much information as possible about the service user is gathered to ensure we understand why the placement is being proposed, what the care needs are likely to be, and the likely areas of challenge and work for staff. In this way, we can develop with the service user, agreed targets and be more specific about the outcomes we want to see for them.
