Hope House provides a warm and friendly home environment for young adult males between the ages of 16-25 years of age who are are working towards gaining their independence through trusted supported living services.

Support Given

We are person-centred service with an emphasis on enabling service users who have been diagnosed with special needs including those with Autism, mild to moderate learning disabilities and mental health and/or cognitive impairment. Service users may have learning disabilities such as Asperger’s Syndrome, Autism, Down’s Syndrome or other non-specified, learning difficulties.

Our staff work with the service user and other professionals to implement a tailored care plan that meet's the needs of the individual and works towards the outcomes we would like to achieve with them.
