Warm environments

Houses of Hope offer three supported living accommodations each of which are fully equipped and provide a warm and friendly home environment for those who stay with us.

Our Premises

Each premises is set within a prime location and consists of four-five double bedrooms, two bathrooms (minimum), lounges, fully equipped kitchens, communal and garden area's for outdoor activities alongside staff offices. Our locations are close to transport links and local amenities.

Houses Of Hope offer three seperate supported living service accommodations with each geared towards helping a specif group of individuals.

Staffing

All of our accommodations have a minimum of four-five staff members per location. The staff team will consist of a care manager and support workers. Each sevice user is designated their own key worker with each staff member being highly trained and dedicated to the work that we do.

Each of our premises are manned 24/7 with Houses of Hope staff providing care and support on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. 

Services

We offer a range of services for those who stay with us to ensure their transition to independent living is as smooth as possible. This will includes but is not limited to: semi-independence training, tailored care plans, therapeutic care, education and training, community integration and more.

Whether the staff are working with one another, other professionals, families or external agencies. We all have the same thing in common and that’s to ensure the service user is given the right support according to their individual needs at all times.
